The excitingly innovative Gourmet District (goho), returned in 2008 with over 100 exhibitors of gourmet and specialty foods and products, and a lively meeting place, the Gourmet District. Focused on specialty and gourmet foods, gourmet food preparation tools, cookbooks and gift registries, goho continues to be a destination for many of the more than 23,000 global buyers that attend the Show.

goho is home to the audience favorite goho Cooking Theater and the NASFT Specialty Food Marketplace, as well as places to sit and relax during busy Show days.

Cooking Theater
The Cooking Theater, co-sponsored by, Copco/Wilton, KitchenAid and All-Clad Metalcrafters LLC featured continuous presentations from many celebrity chefs during Show hours all three days.


NASFT Specialty Food Marketplace
Adjacent to The goho District, the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) presented a wider look at what’s new in gourmet specialty foods with a broad range of new and award-winning products.

  • Over 16,400 U.S. buyers, a growth of 36% since 2003.  
  • 99% of the top 150 U.S. retailers are represented at the Show.
  • 75% of retailer attendees are from specialty channels.
  • 7,000 retail buyers from over 100 countries outside the U.S., a growth of over 7%.  
  • 32% of ALL U.S. buyers who attended the most recent Show told us that the addition of gourmet specialty food "greatly" increased the value of the Show for them.

  • Value Priced Booth Space: Members of the International Housewares Association or National Association For The Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) receive a discounted booth space rate of $12.50 per square foot. The non-member rate is $17.00 per square foot. The starting booth space size is 10’w x 5’d. For goho exhibitors that are not currently members of either Association contact IHA today to discuss the benefits of membership.
  • Set It Up Yourself: Exhibitors with a booth of 300 sq.ft. or less are invited to set up their own booth (except electrical). This represents a significant savings.
  • Take advantage of Booth Package Options offered to goho exhibitors. Contact IHA for additional details.
  • Professional Marketing Assistance: Make buyers and the press take notice. We will provide you with a marketing kit that includes many free opportunities to add value to your decision to exhibit. This includes the following:
  • Contact list of all registered buyers and news media from the 2008 and 2009 Shows.
  • Free lead retrieval unit. Both buyers and exhibitors receive a complete record of booth visits.
  • Printed show directories, online show directory and industry web listings.

To join the Gourmet District (goho) you must first complete and submit the items listed below. Approved companies will be mailed a Space Application/Contract.
