Lafayette Maison is the home store of the traditional Parisian department store, Galeries Lafayette. Located across the street from the Galeries Lafayette flagship store in Paris, this 10.000 m² store is devoted entirely to the home, with a wide price range and a breadth of products. Each floor is dedicated to a different product family - luxury goods, lighting and home textiles, furniture and table and kitchen, including a small restaurant.
The window displays – especially the imaginative and well-known Christmas windows that attract people from all around the world – are very important. Changing product displays clearly demonstrate to customers that the store offers something new all the time.
Lafayette Maison’s strategy is to make available the very top brands while at the same time remaining accessible to the average customer by also offering affordable product lines. This strategy seems to be paying off – over the first few months, the new store in Paris was quickly deemed a sales success!
