The concept of Taste - for the love of cooking - was born from 10 years of experience in the specialty kitchenware market. Opened to fill a gap in the Queensland market, it quickly became a market leader with its comprehensive product offering. But it is not just products and brands that draw the crowds. Owner Jodie Macauley has managed to create an exciting destination that people clamor to visit with special events, competitions and giveaways that create true retail theatre. It is testimony to her success that 900 people turned up at a recent event, with customers queuing from an early hour with anticipation.
